Naresuan University realizes the
importance of protecting intellectual property and tries
to encourage faculty, staff and researchers to have
an awareness of this valuable matter. The Intellectual
Property Unit was officially established in 2002 as
part of the Office of the President.
Naresuan University has one important policy; that is,
to support and encourage research works of faculty and
staff members. Research results are regarded as intellectual
property that require the researchers' creative ideas,
intellect, and effort. This intellectual property has
both commercial and public value. The Intellectual Property
Unit manages all intellectual property matters.
Naresuan University Intellectual Property Unit is determined:
1. To set intellectual property policy of Naresuan University
2. To promote and encourage intellectual property creation
3. To support a right protection of intellectual property
4. To accelerate intellectual property industrial exploitation
5. To stimulate faculties and researcher of Naresuan
University having greater awareness on intellectual
property
6. To manage intellectual property of Naresuan University
Naresuan University Intellectual Property Unit will:
1. Have practical concrete policy for intellectual property
execution
2. Have committee board for intellectual property of
Naresuan University
3. Act as a cooperative management unit for right protection
of intellectual property
4. Provide IP consultation and IP academic service
5. Manage and execute for intellectual property efficiently
6. Encourage greater awareness of intellectual property
value among faculty members and
researchers.
7. Contribute valuable intellectual property work to
the community

Law Office tends to be responsible
for Naresuan University Regulations draft and give legal
advice to university personnel and interested people.

The International Relations Office (IRO) is designated
to work under the Division of Academic Affairs, Office
of the President, Naresuan University. It serves as
a source of international activities, including encouraging
its personnel and students to promote Thai customs and
traditions for international recognition.

Naresuan University forms Quality
Assurance Unit in order that this unit will help assist
quality assurance assigned to each office and Faculty
in the university. The process of assessment is performed
by the unit, and information related to quality assurance
can be obtained directly through this office.
Mission:
Support and encourage both teaching and non-teaching
units to perform the quality assurance as indicated
in the National Education Act of 1999.

The Internal Audit Unit has the role, as an assitance
to the President, for supporting internal control basis
to Faculties, Institutes and Administrative division
to ensure good governance.
Mission:
To audit and assess the operations of sub - units and
then report directly to the President in terms of a
better internal control by using suitable procedures.Tthe
objectives of auditing and assessing are as follows:
1.That there is sufficient internal control.
2. That the operations comply on relative laws and orders.
3. That financial reports are
correct, trustworthy and and punctual.
