The NU Language Centre is part
of NU
International College and under the jurisdiction
of the Office of the President..It provides language
support courses "on demand" for NU staff and
students as well as anyone in the outlying community
who seeks to improve their language skills. Courses
are offered for English, German, Japanese, Thai and
other modern languages. Courses range from group sessions
to 'one on one' conversation classes.
The Centre runs general English courses and TOEIC/TOEFL/IELTS
preparation courses as well as being the official IELTS
testing site for this area.
In addition, the Language Centre takes part in offsite
courses for teacher education and English Camps.
